The resulting report described the biophysical characteristics of the area; fish habitat related to mangroves; bonefish and tarpon habitats; upland vegetation; and the distribution and habitats of Andros rock iguanas, flamingos, and sea turtles.

Ultimately, we decided to rent a scooter and drive there ourselves and it turned out to be a great decision! The history and culture were interesting, the service was great, and the beaches were my favorite of the entire cruise!

We went to all three, and did the walk through the jungle between them all, though that part was quite hot when we went. You can see the oil rig up the coast where it must be coming from. There were still incredible shells that we enjoyed and picked up – whole conch shells just lying out in the sand. You can definitely tell it’s not highly visited by tourists ha ha.

Jaws beach was probably my favorite, it was so beautiful and picturesque. I highly recommend visiting Clifton for anyone traveling to Nassau. The Glacier National Park To Great Falls Mt there were the nicest and genuinely friendliest people we met in any of the ports we stopped at. Highly recommend. There are also bathrooms available.
